Took a long road trip and some of the areas were I was marked for speeding are way off. Still get a high score but I imagine it would count more on a short trip ..,
Problem with the app on my iPhone 6 s

App has been working great... until about a 10 days ago. When pull up the app , and enter the password, it won’t put in the password, the username is already there, then in a few seconds, it kicks me out of the app for some reason, tried updates and turned the phone off still not working!

This app is like taking a driving test for your license every time you hit the road. From a stop going uphill it grades you negatively because of added acceleration. Same thing going downhill and you have to stop: breaking to hard?. I just wonder if the added stress of a wifi observer is worth the 23 dollars it saves. Maybe, I guess it could clarify a situation in an accident. But, then again the app has a lousy record of your driving history. I guess if you want to obtain a good score, you have to drive like a student driver permanently.?

Pretty cool to see your driving record what I don’t like is the app takes my phone battery down really fast
App is a little creepy. Plus issues with usage.

The app tracks every trip you make. While I have been assured the State Farm does not sell this data, this could change at anytime. It is bad enough to have my web surfing tracked and sold, I now have an app tracking my movements that could be sold in the future. One issue is that the mobile phone usage tracking is horrible. When my wife uses her phone while I am driving, I get dinged for phone usage. I assume that when I use my hands free phone, I will also get dinged. Another issue is that for android, you have to turn on the option to allow background processing at all times. This is not an app specific setting so all the apps will run the battery down when not using the phone!

Does not taking in account the actual driving experience. For instance when I leave my home I enter a major highway, which I have to accelerate to get to the right hand side lane and to do it safely. You record it as I’m taking a bad left hand turn, accelerating too fast.
Modifications should be made.

I pull over to the side of the road when I have to answer my phone. My trip shows an “Event” even though I was pulled off the road. Also I stop at yellow traffic lights even though I have to brake a little harder than usual. When I do this an event for braking shows up on my trip. I don’t believe you should blow thru a yellow traffic light. This encourages it. Just saying.
