Still not functional?

It has been six months since iOS 15 was launched and this app is still barely functional? I will be watching very closely when my discount is recalculated next month.

Waiting for fix. Only records trips if I open app before driving. Disappointed. It worked well before IOS 15

Being monitored by gps and analyzed by a computer algorithm and relating it to real driving conditions is what this app attempts to accomplish. It does not.

No matter where I place the transponder, in my car, the app does not work. Sadly, it worked for a long time, but as of a number of months ago, it’s worked about 1% of the time. Very frustrating, because I was actually learning to like the app, and had automatically adjusted some of my driving habits. I hope State Farm can figure out what is happening, because I’m sure I’m not the only person experiencing this issue.

The app hasn’t updated in over a week for all trips driven. Cornering is to sensitive and trying to stay under 8mph over the speed limit is quite ridiculous. Only good thing about the app is the discount you receive. No matter how many times I tell the app I do not want to enroll another vehicle it keeps popping up.

Got talked into this device. Got talked into setting it up tonight, super simple they say, just a couple minutes. Download the app. Login with existing statefarm credentials, and poof “no eligible cars.” Call customer svc for help, no help from person number one, let me put you on a brief hold while I contact such-and-such dept to resolve this. No problem. 20 minutes later, no return to the phone with any type of update including “still working,” I finally say forget it, if she’s even still on the line she’ll call back. Never happened of course. When you couple this with the exorbitant amount of time I’ve had to spend just trying to get two insanely simple policies set up, after being a customer for a decade, I’m looking for a whole new company. They say you should shop around every year or two anyway, guess I’m overdue.

I was unaware that my wife and I are both banned from being on our phones as a passenger and our kids are no longer allowed to use our phones while we drive. Basically makes this “discount” useless for our household.

This application is very deceptive. It will report driving issues and ding you for cellphone use even when using hands free.
