Been using this EHR since 2011. I really appreciate the ability to alter the interface on your own. You can literally log into the system, make changes, and have them take affect instantaneously.

Just finished our implementation and the iPhone app is unbelievable. I cannot believe other EMRs are not on the level of drchrono yet. These guys are light years ahead!

This app is easy to function and very helpful. Although it can use some improvements in certain areas.

The app on the iPad is so easy to navigate and everything on there is so accessible. It’s really simple to keep track of everything and schedule appointments. The support staff is really great and always addresses issues quickly.

Overall, our agency has had a very positive experience with Dr. Chrono. Implementation went smoothly and they were very attentive to our business needs once we went live. The account managers make an effort to make a connection with your practice as well to better understand where they can help improve your practice. My only complaints are that this software does not scale well for a multi-specialty practice such as ours and that it is more geared towards smaller, independent practices, although this is something they are actively working on changing as their business grows.

Really great system, and helping our office run a lot smoother! Easy to use, and it integrates well with our other operating systems. Dr. Chrono has been a joy to work with. Makes my job a little easier:)

I've tried 3 different EHR systems and countless of demos over the last 10 years, but this is by far the best EHR system of all. You can create your own chart templates (takes a bit of time to create them at the beginning). Patient scheduling is super easy. Clearinghouse system is great, and my billing staffs could easily master the system. I'm a chiropractor, and this software is more expensive than most of other Chiro EHR's. But I'm very happy with the quality of the system and customer service.

No clinical awareness

There is clearly no one on their staff with a clinical background. We recently found out by accident that they made a change which allowed clients to see their progress notes through Onpatient without informing us. This is potentially very harmful to patients and the clinical relationship, and completely unethical. When we notified them their initial response was that we should follow their blog to stay informed of changes!! After several more email exchanges we received an apology but I have no confidence that they really take seriously the clinical implications d if something like this. We've had numerous issues with them over the years but this was the worst. If you're shopping for EHRs I'd look elsewhere before your who office is committed to a system.
