Quality EHR for Chiropractors

Software is very customizable; fairly easy to use; has an aesthetically-pleasing interface; offers automatic insurance eligibility checks; is cloud-based and compatible with Macs. I wish they allowed you to use your own clearinghouse, as my new state organization requires a different clearinghouse than what they’re using, which makes me unable to utilize the software.

I switched to DRCHRONO about a year ago from ALLSCRIPTS. I am a single practitioner with 2 building practice and 4 members. I have a billing company and do not bill with DRCHRONO. I have been very happy with the day to day usage of DRCHRONO. We use mini iPads except front desk who used a laptop. Our patient fill out forms also with mini iPads very successfully. I also utilize my iPhone when at nursing homes or charting from home. Customization is very straight forward and faxing, scanning, taking pictures and sending prescriptions is really easy. Nothing is perfect but I am very happy with this EHR.

A very easy to use, all-inclusive system. Easiest billing system imaginable. Excellent functionality on all Apple products. Very good functionality on PC via Google Chrome. Intuitive flow. Easy to take clinical photos with iPhone or iPad. Simple form builder/template builder tools do not require advanced computer knowledge to customize every option one might need.

This is a great EHR with easy of use in all iDevices. It is customizable to your practice, templates for setting things up. The App makes it so easy to help patients on the road, check patient charts, send prescriptions, and talk to text notes.

I have used Dr. Chrono for three years. I was initially drawn to certain features like inventory and online scheduling that were not in many other EHR platforms. The things that could use improvement are not being printer friendly with reports, too many clicks to access certain features and functions, lack of choice of provider in online scheduling, and no patient ledgers. The price is high for a small practice. I would stay with them if the price was lower, but I can’t afford to double my monthly fees when I add a second provider to my practice.

Ok for adult patients, not for pedi

I used this app while working a pediatric house calls position via an iPad.The concept was good but not geared toward pediatrics. I had to chart in a sort of round about way, could not use a template. What I did like was the ability to finish charts online when I got home. Recommend the developers incorporate a pediatric template.

After a rough start, my system is up and running. I am able to schedule,chart, bill and follow up. Ease of use between screens. Some issues with billing. Customer service is pretty good at resolution.
