Love this game, but a few problems

Xaimuu

My daughter and I love to play Draconius Go! It is lots of fun and we especially like collecting the creatures, the weekly golden egg hunts, finding rifts, the pvp, and the quests! We have been playing about 3 weeks now. I would love to give this more stars, but I just can’t until some of these issues are resolved. My biggest issue is that SO much is inaccessible. At least 50% of the portals, obelisks, and arenas we find are on private property or are complete unreachable in deep woods, fields, or gated areas. And then 50% of the portals I can reach don’t even have a Mother is Dragons, or an accessible MOD. :( LOTS of portals and obelisks in my town are *just* far enough off the road/sidewalk that we cannot reach them without trespassing onto someone’s lawn. Why can’t they be adjusted so if they are near a road, that they are ON the road, so we can reach them??? Golden egg hunts should also be coded so there are always at least a few roads! I would also really like more chests in the game. We have been playing about 3 weeks and we still have not found any artifacts, and only 1 New spell. We would also like more accessories and clothes for our avatars. Also, pleeeease fix Brownie’s graphic.... he looks soooo creepy!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter is having nightmares.

Stops at non reachable locations

Rainbow 69

This would be awesome if you could get to the stops! Most of them are unreachable.......tracks, warehouse, woods, peoples homes! Otherwise it would be a 5 star game

New updates made game no longer worth playing

Candy Eevee

The speed limit was fine at 20mph but now it has been lowered to 5-10mph, making it impossible to capture buildings while being a passenger in a car. Even Pokémon Go has higher speed limits! With Pokémon Go, at least you could see monsters and capture gyms while traveling. The other thing is they lowered the amount of coins you get from defending arenas. Also, my monsters keep getting randomly kicked out. I doubt it’s someone from the opposite team because they never put a monster in after defeating mine. I no longer recommend this game. The recent updates have made the game unplayable.

Lost Account after Update

Mraja

Revised: The developer was able to restore the lost account. Hence I am revising my review. The game is fun, but after the last update, I have lost access to my account, as now one can only log in either through FB or google. I had reached level 14 and had replaced my Pokémon go time with this. I contacted support but have not heard back. I did create a new account but can still see the creatures from my old account in the arenas, which means that account is still out there somewhere. Now let us see if I can get my old account back. If it happens I will start playing the game again and revise this review. As for now, I am giving the game one star for terrible support on this issue.

Fun but in-app purchases have oversized importance

This has the hunting and gathering attraction of Pokemon Go, but there are numerous other features that make it more fun. I am willing to put some real money in a game for my convenience, to save some time “grinding,” ie, doing some low-interest activity to acquire in-app items. In this game, though, the number of items, the advantage they provide, the cost relative to the maximum daily coin you can earn, and the fact that so many items cannot be acquired through game play and must be purchased, make spending real money an essential part of playing rather than a convenience. That takes some of the interest out of playing.

Waiting 7 weeks to get money back-

UPDATED AGAIN- exactly how many times should I contact support and not receive a response? To recap, I’ve been trying for 7 WEEKS to get this resolved. The last time I heard from anyone in Support was 2.5 weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update since that time and have received NO RESPONSE. Telling a customer to send yet another email and Support replies as soon as they can is absurd on an issue that has been open 7 WEEKS. UPDATED- now waiting 7 weeks. Resubmitted a ticket to their support as advised in the response and after submitting all the information they requested, the last response I received was on November 11th saying they were looking into my question. I have requested multiple status updates. This is beyond a waste of time. Take a look at their Facebook page, I’m not the only one. Original post: Good game from a conceptual standpoint. Don’t make any in-app purchases and expect to receive a response when you don’t receive them. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now and nothing. That’s one guaranteed way to lose players- even if you have a great new game.

Loved it but it lost appeal

KitsuneSama

Between the speed cap, inaccessible arenas, portals, libraries, etc., not many spawns, hefty prices for items, and the big one of less gold and getting kicked out of inactive arenas, I stopped playing the game. The worst was the arena change. Glad my husband talked me out of shelling out cash.

Too few spawns

Agsindusvs

The game is pretty cool. It has some neat features and items, but I feel there are too few spawns. Creatures hardly pop up for me unless I’m by a pillar, but even then only one pops up. Also, you have to practically be standing still just to hit a pillar or interact with obelisks, etc.

Great, but could use some help.

As a Pogo Player, I can already say that with a couple improvements, you will give them a run for their money. I have three suggestions for improvements that I feel will officially separate your game from Pogo and make it more playable. 1). There aren’t enough Dragon spawns. It takes a whole lot of walking to find just one. In Pogo, Pokémon spawn in groups of up to 10 making the variety easier to find, and keep the game entertaining. Please drastically improve the spawn rates. 2) like many have said, pillars and other major features are on private property and can’t be legally accessed. I don’t wanna go to jail for trespassing just to play this game. As you’ve stated, a feature is on its way to fix this, but sooner would be better. 3) Speed cap is insanely low. I can be walking snails pace and be told I’m moving to fast and can’t play until I just stop walking. Please adjust this. You fix these features and the game easily gets more attention around the world.

Love it!

Just have to say that I love this game and it’s ease of use. I find it incredibly enjoyable! I love all the different creature designs and how some creatures have 4 stages instead of just 2 or 3. It is incredibly interactive, you aren’t just walking around catching monsters, but you also get attacked by them as well. You are able to attack other players, and treasure chests even spawn on the map randomly giving you very cool timed bonus boosts and other items. There are plenty of pillars of abundance for you to restock your inventory! Which is awesome, because even living in a rural area I am able to restock and get items! I don’t have to drive over to the next town anymore :) You are also able to casts spells to help you out in the game, just construct an alter and gather the right amount of runes. You get these runes by defeating attacking creatures. There are so many things to do in this game it is keeping me very entertained. Just the game I was looking for. Of course there is room for improvement. When you are in an arena, scrolling between arena members is almost impossible, I feel I have to swipe 5-6 times before it scrolls over to the other player in the arena. It would also be nice to scroll between creatures when you are looking at your collection, as of right now I have not been able to swipe between my beasts to compare stats. But I have to say that when you are fighting another creature the timing and response of the game play is pretty amazing. I am able to swipe in either direction to dodge and avoid attacks. The only thing I have noticed is it is a little difficult to swipe when the other creature is preparing its strong attack. Not sure if that was intentional. But all in all a really good game. Since downloading this game I have put down Pokémon go as it was not interactive enough, I felt that All I was doing was catching Pokémon and trying to maintain gyms. I was BORED. So if you want a fun game that keeps you wanting to play more, give it a try :) Keep this game going! Oh and as a side note, I actually really like the background music, it’s nice. Doesn’t grate my nerves.
