Please have an option to crop your photos for story covers because words on mine are cut off and it takes a long time to get it perfect

The app is not bad , but shipping and customer service are horrible. They are not responsive at all. The shipping tracking is almost impossible, so you may rely on the luck to receive your order. All in all, it does not worth it at all and it is frustrating.
High fees but great app

I really love the app and creating stories is really fun. I appreciate that I can use coins to get clothes I really want for much cheaper. However the fees that you pay are extremely high. But I still love the app and have told many of my friends about it!

i honestly don’t know what they’re trying to be at this point. the app is super busy now, not clean, and there’s too much going on. i miss the polls, PLEASE BRING BACK POLLS. stories are okay but like i said, the interface is messy. they seriously need to simplify everything a little more.

Love the app but the shipping prices are outrageous!! $7 for shipping?? i wanted to use my dote coins to buy something but it costed $11 (including the shipping) for a $3 item..
Tech issues, very few sales, & awkward preteens who think it’s social media

Biggest issue: very few stores and the majority of items aren’t even on sale! Even when they’re on sale on the actual websites and other sites. They also appear to charge you for shipping from each store, so no difference from just going to the brand site. The app constantly says features and options are unavailable. Not great on the technical end. Find a shirt you like: the app force closes, you open it back up, and now you can’t find it. It also seems to have a weird connect to pre-teen social media. You click on a shirt; it says to scroll down for photos of people wearing the shirt. You scroll down, and instead you get photos of 14 year old girls posed awkwardly in what they seem to think are modeling poses. Wearing completely different or “similar” (not actually similar) shirts. Begging for likes and “follow for follow”, or linking videos of them lip syncing. Embarrassing and awkward. The app is essentially just a place to see random items from a few stores you like in one search area, and mostly non sale items. However; I add Revolve and my feed is bombarded with sequin mini dresses instead of maxi dresses. Pass. There are better sites with better prices, and without the weird junior high awkwardness.

I didn’t like how I would buy something then 5 days later I would get notified about it being sold out. Had lots of problems with nasty gal but, I think it’s just the site that isn’t organized with their products :( I used to love dote but now the shippings way too overpriced, you have to pay shipping now for all items (if you buy from different stores) plus on their site shipping is cheaper so there’s no point on buying from the app. I would recommend buying on princess Polly though cause their shipping is fast. :)
