This app is miss leading and I swear they’ve gotten all my orders just a little bit wrong. Weather it’s the size or color. Just ordered a sweater and it came in the ugliest brown color ever. So disappointed.

I like this app because it gives you coins for shopping but coupon codes are sometimes invalid on the app but on the store’s actual website they work.

Shipping is insane.

It told me free shipping on both items that I picked out, and it decided to charge me $5.99 a piece for each item, and that’s a bit deceiving to me.

I needed some clothing, but I always worry I’m not looking in the right store. I saw this app in an add and fell in love. I thought it was great because you can access all your favorite stores and it’s much easier to find clothes. That’s the only reason it’s 2 stars not 1. I found shirts and made my purchase on a gift card. I got the order confirmation and delivery date over text. Then, I was so disappointed when the “delivery” night I got a text that the address was “insufficient”. I never entered my specific address, just the city. This is my fault, but it shouldn’t have been confirmed with no address. We contacted customer service, and we’re getting a refund. Although it’s yet to come. It’s not worth the disappointment.

This app is a SCAM!!! You’re better off buying directly from the retailer

Dote puts in little effort to assist you when your order is not received. I have yet to receive an order I placed in February. They essentially told me to deal with the post office which did nothing. On top of this I applied my “coins” for a free shipping coupon and it redeemed my coins but I still was assessed shipping. Terrible customer service!!! Update - the response received from Dote did nothing for my situation. It’s now December and still no refund, no package, nothing. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Use code WIFCL for 5$ off on your first purchase!!! Dote is such a good website to save money, and all my favorite stores are in one place. One thing- shipping does take longer because it has to go from the dote app to the actual retailer so I can take a week longer. Some stores like Zaful and BooHoo are from overseas so there shipping can take a month. It makes shopping fun!
