This app in the beginning was so nice and easy to use, but with the recent updates to “modernize” the experience, it just makes doing easy things hard :/. I love the idea, but they need to stick to a layout for their app.

Don’t get me wrong I love this app, but recently with the updates it’s hard to manage and when I search up things like “jeans” or “graphic tees” and whatever is switches so it shows male items (I’m a female) and I always have to change it back and it gets pretty annoying, some stores that I’ve favorited are stores I can’t see anymore, it might be that they aren’t available but still. I love the concept though! :)
COINS DOESN’T WORK

When someone buys an item from your story you receive coins. People are buying from my stories however I’m not receiving any coins!! This is a scam.

so one day just out of the blue my stories completely stop earning coins, which sucked cause i put a lot of effort into them. after a few days i message support, & all i receive is automated messages. it’s been two weeks now and i’m very frustrated that nobody who works for this app cares to fix my problem. it feels like a complete joke to be receiving the same scripted messages when i have been trying to reach out to support for two weeks. it’s not fair that this app promises to provide coins & doesn’t, then continues to show no interest in helping you with the issues their app is creating.
