I used my card at Walmart why didn’t I see any cash back.... I thought you get cash back every time you use the cards you have on the app??

Shady company, will not give you the sign up bonus for all the referral you give them! I did all the requirements and watch my referral sign up and add card but still not get the referral bonus! Email support and all they email back was a copy n paste of the requirement back and didn’t even listen to what you have been telling them! They seem to be having this issue for a while now but doesn’t seem to want to fix it. I guess they hope ppl will just give up the issue while going through their hassle customer support system. Dosh is an ok app. Will definitely pay you. First time I ever cashed out at dosh it was only about 17 dollars and then just recently I tried to cash out at 20 and now the minimum to cash out is 25? Since when? I just feel like you should be able to transfer your money whenever you feel like.

Neither one of my accounts allowed me to transfer money through your app not Navy Federal or USAA which kind of makes this use of it inconvenient

In reply to the app reply to this review, I understand that it may take a couple of days but I’ve been sending emails since Jan 8th. Sometimes you do sometimes you don’t. I’ve been trying to get support for a restaurant that I went to and used my DOSH linked card and I just keep getting the automatic email that my email has been received. I have 4 receipts out for this restaurant. Great when it works, annoying when it doesn’t. Lately I can’t use the app bc I get an error that I need to update it but when I go to the App Store there is no update available.

They will deny your referral, and not pay you for it. It’s just one of the worst scam for a little company. Sad that they are scamming ppl for the referral bonus. Don’t advertise that you will pay ppl for referral and not do it.
