What a SCAM!

Just to let you know this app is HORRIBLE! I know one of the staff or founder of this App Post a Gig in Craigslist saying that you will get a $40 GiftCard just download the app keep it for a few minutes and then disable it! I did not disable it and keep on following it up with the Dosh Craigslist lister! Too much problem in this App and even Dosh Staff had been following it up with me together with Dosh Craigslist Lister. I know all the conversation was seen by the Dosh Staff! After everything was good they saw thatI made the purchase I ask the Dosh Scammer Staff for the GiftCard OF COURSE THEY DENY IT AND SAYING THEY NEVER HAVE A PROMO LIKE THAT!!!! 24 HRS AGO I SAW THE ADD AGAIN IN CRAIGSLIST and I should have screenshot it! DON’T USE THIS APP! IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

I paid for a specific item and never received any information regarding shipping or anything of that matter tried contacting the “app support” it was a dead end i still haven't even received my package and its been a little over 2 weeks. If you would like to keep your money in your pocket DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!

Great app, Great concept, BAD service!!! You will waste your time submitting a ticket for EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION. Not only that but you will wait forever for the tickets to be reviewed. When I first got the app I followed every single step to get a $15 referral bonus but they failed to acknowledge it!!! They just kept blaming me saying I did not follow all of the steps which I did to a T! Eventually they just ignored my tickets and FAILED TO PAY ME!! If they could get their crap together and get the app working like it should without you having to put tickets in for everything then the app would be a 4-5 star. One last complaint: get new restaurants signed up with Dosh. It has been the same stuff for a long time now and I’m getting tired of eating at Denny’s and Papa Johns...

The Papa Johns in my town is listed on the app. I’ve been there twice now. I got 0 money. I contacted customer support. They asked for a receipt and more information. I have them pics of the receipts and more information. They then asked if that Papa Johns was listed on the DOSH app. I said it was (and it is). After that, I’ve heard nothing back. Silence. They never answered my questions or gave me the cash back I earned. I use ibotta and eBates and I never have a problem. Wish they would take over the dining out cash back market cause DOSH could be extinct.

I have been unable in all attempts to transfer funds built up in the app. I have $51 just sitting there and I get no response from customer support. No I cannot reach out to you on Facebook. You use that automated response for everyone and I do not even use Facebook. Why is your support page useless ? You have a website , why must I create a Facebook page to talk to you ?

4 people signed on under me and linked a card and I didn’t get a bonus! I did the recent promo for $15 and I emailed them asking for my bonus but NoTHING! Starting to think it’s a scam. Smfh. I need the money they owe me! $40 to be exact.
Great idea, needs tweaks

1) I love the idea but I wish I could clear the clutter of restaurants and places I never go and never will go. I don’t buy Papa John’s or any delivery pizza. I wish I could just eliminate this category. 2) nearby and online are way too broad of categories for the amount of content they have. Sub categories are needed. 3) reserving hotels feels scary given I don’t see a lot of support information on this. When I go to the support site, I only see FAQ’s and not an option for a person. 4) I want to see more reviews on this product. 5) what do you do with all the data you collect from me? I would like to see a TLDR service agreement and the right to only have you store this data for a limited amount of time.
