Love the app and it’s super simple to use! Make sure your purchases are credit not debit. That was my only confusion.

I like the idea of getting cash back on purchases I already plan to make. I think Dosh’s customer service definitely needs work. It is not very convenient for the consumer if you have an issue. Also, I wish they had more places that offered cash back. It’s mostly random food places, Papa Johns, Chili’s, and Sams Club which isn’t very helpful for me. I hope that this app grows and gets more sellers to work with as well as expand on the customer service.

Recently, social media has been flooded with getting people to download this app by referring them. Each time a person refers someone, they get money. People have been racking up hundreds and thousands of dollars of “free money” just by referring people in your name. Someone said that you have to pay this back in taxes and some other rumors. The main thing is that this money that u get from referrals is not your money in the end and it’s a catch. I have not participated in it yet besides actually getting legit cash back from going to actually stores and restaurants-the main purpose of the app. I will not be participating in that unless I know it is legit. Other than that, pretty good app!!

It’s a good idea for an app. Unfortunately they don’t show follow through with their promotions. They said you receive money for each person you send an app request to that actually adds their credit card to the app. I sent a text message through Dosh to a few friends and showed them how to sign up and watched them add their cards. No funds were added to my account, that was over a week ago. I even emailed them explaining this, I got a response telling me what I already knew. I emailed again, no response. Guess that’s one way to get free advertising. Update: They claimed to have looked into my query and found no evidence of my referral. This app is off my phone and I will let the people I referred know, it’ll be off their phones. If you can’t keep your word, I refuse to use your software.

Hate the new app!

At first the app was working tremendously well, then on my third deposit to my PayPal my money has not been deposited. It's been well over 3 days. Normally the money deposits instantly. I've yet received an email confirming my transfer. I also sent you guys an email about this. Still no response!!!! Money was deposited 5 days after! But some people have used my link and I never got notification of reference or referral compensation

I was excited at first as I joined on during the January 2018 promotional bonus period during which $15 bonuses per referral were supposed to be paid after the referral downloaded, registered and linked a credit/debit card to the app. Most of my friends and acquaintances were skeptical. I signed up during the small remaining period left of the promo so I had little time to recruit people. I managed to recruit two; one for which I was paid the due $15 but I still remain unpaid a month later for the second one. (I was paid only $5 of the $15 bonus.) All the requirements and deadlines were met and I have screenshots to prove them. I have contacted Dosh several times via its support and help link after awaiting an answer and not receiving one. Finally, one rep from Dosh sent me a reply that they had corrected all overdue payments and were no longer accepting "tickets" for inquiries regarding them. This is crap! They owe me $10. Not a huge amount but I earned it and met their requirements. This is a huge disappointment. I am no longer trying to recruit people to Dosh due to this. Also, it took around a month for them to correct an alleged system glitch or error that prevented certain consumer promotions/offers/rebates from being paid. I do not recommend Dosh to anyone. I will continue to use it for its deals and offers but will not be the cause for someone to go through the frustration I have trying to collect my pay.
