I haven’t received one valid reward without having to open a ticket. Still having the same issue since I downloaded the app in the latter part of 2017. Although I do receive my cash back after submitting the ticket , Dosh doesn’t ever resolve the problem

This app was awesome when I first got it, but the last two times I should have got my % back it never came in. Unfortunately I didn't keep one of the receipts but I reported the second one about a week ago and I have not heard back. I was $3 short of hitting my first $25 and now I can't hit it because I'm not getting my points.
Sleeping in my car in a strange city. Really.

I am a frequent traveler and tried the Dosh app to book a hotel for tonight. DON’T DO IT. I read it carefully and made sure everything was correct. I hesitated for a moment when it was a non-refundable reservation, but there was no chance my plans were changing. I was looking forward to checking in all day to save some money. Since I book hotels multiple times each month I was calculating all the cash back and how cool that would be. I was even excited for the $25 bonus! Then I got to the hotel... -I was informed that my reservation had been for the night before and she is so sorry to hear about it. (It was not for the night before. I made it the night before and checked and double checked.) -I check my card. Yup! $142 charge. -Then I go to the app to find some help. After clicking around awhile I find a number to call. I spoke to someone who said she would “try to look into it” but she would have to call the vendor I booked with. What??? I booked with you. Surprise again. My reservation was booked through Expedia. She didn’t think they could do anything and she was so sorry. I expressed my concern that I am a woman alone in a town away from home WHO PAID FOR A ROOM that has no place to go. ......she was sorry again.... I spent a few hours walking around a store just to be out of my car and find a restroom. Finally she calls back and says there is nothing she can do and she’s sorry. That’s it. She’s sorry. Now with the last bit of battery I am sharing this so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Wanna know the best part? Even though my card was charged there was no bonus $25 as promised or an other cash back whatsoever. One last indignity- the hotel can’t use my rewards program since it was booked through Dosh.

This app seemed great. I have friends that used it and referred me. But, absolutely nothing in my area gave any cash back bonuses... and if they DID, I would have had to shop online. Why do that when the store is 10 minutes or less away. Hope it works for others. I’m getting rid of it and freeing up some space on my phone.

I wanted to like this App but it's more trouble than what it's worth. I've made 8 purchases on this site and have yet to see one penny of my cash back money. The only credit I got was the $5 for signing up and you aren't able to cash out until you reach $25....... I've reached out to support for over a month with NO resolution; just a bunch of back and forth send proof blah blah mess. I made some big ticket item purchases that I could have gotten cash back on had I of used my store card directly through the their site but I tried this out because I kept getting spammed about how great it was and little did I know it's complete trash and a wast of time. Save yourself the trouble, time and headache; skip this one. Use Ebates or something. 4/27/18 UPDATE*** - Still not one rebate penny received for purchases made months ago. Customer service doesn't respond either. Scam!

The app is not generating a referral link. When I click on generate referral link, it just keeps trying to. When I try the other way the app just crashes. iOS App Store shows the most recent version of the app is the one I downloaded. I had already deleted and reinstalled the app. I have contacted customer support 4 times about this issue.I had also tried to continue to work with customer support without success. Please fix it, and I will revise my review, as I can’t wait to start Doshing. Come on guys, we are all loosing money!!

This is one of the easiest app to earn money. Most of my store purchases show up instantly; however, there are some online purchases that I have followed up on and am still waiting for my cash back (some as old as 5 months)! The weird thing is I’ve shopped from the same store via the Dosh link and I’ve gotten cash back but not all of them from the same store (eg: Nike & Bed Bath and Beyond). Is this an issue?

I love how easy this app is, I just wish more stores & restaurants were available!
