When I first downloaded DoorDash it was awesome! No problems with my orders at all. Now thought? Ordered food at 12:31. Got a call from my Dasher over an hour later even though delivery time was 32 mins telling me to cancel my order because the restaurant closes for 30 mins to clean. Ok. Tried to cancel. App said no because order was in progress. Waited 25 mins in line on the app to chat with an agent. Got offered a refund (5-7 business days) and $25 credit. Ok. Not so bad. Ordered again from a different restaurant. After an hour and a half waiting it is now 330 and I still have no food. Because Denny’s employee first night and she doesn’t want to do door dash. You ever have someone tell you they are sorry but they don’t mean it? Like come on DoorDash customer service guy you could have acted a little sincere. Oh and I got a $5 credit. But still no food so far. I’ll update it if it ever comes. Btw all the actual DoorDash drivers so far have been awesome.

I tried using this app for the first time today to try and order from a restaurant I know provides delivery from doordash, but when I put in my address it does not recognize any restaurant anywhere around me that has doordash. But when I use a different address nearby a bunch come up. It crashed four times during the 20 minutes I was using it and any restaurants I tried searching the result page just said "error". Terrible, I don't know how people even use it.

I’ve had a bad experience with Door Dash twice in a week. My friend tried it for the first time. We were waiting over 2 hours just to learn that our food was waiting at the restaurant (getting cold) as Door Dash never assigned anyone to pick up our order. It was a $60 order and we received a $20 credit. Second experience happened yesterday as the app wouldn’t allow me to select any delivery time other than the next day. I called customer service and the rep was extremely rude to me - speaking over me, trying to make the issue my fault. My food was delivered, however, the lack of customer service on this last case has me fed up with Door Dash. It’s sad because I used to use only this app for food delivery. I won’t be ordering through his company again. Uber Eats it is! ??♀️

This has a map showing the progress of your order then the location of your driver. Google Maps picked this for a lot of restaurants listed on Google Maps.

This app has gone downhill fast. I used to use it religiously without a problem. I just ordered food from a restaurant about a mile from my house. Thanks to the handy tracking software, I watched one of their drivers pick up my food and drive it 2+ miles around for 45 minutes making other stops. The delivery time kept increasing to almost 2 hours. Thankfully I was able to get my money back but I will never use this app again. Competitor apps like Postmates would never handle a delivery like this.

The app will work. But if you have an issue with delivery there is no phone number to call and the agent you chat With is useless. They defend their drivers. They picked up my food and drove around with it for an hour before delivering cold food. Try cancelling an order. Good luck with that. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. ITS NOT WORTH THE WAY YOU WILL BE TREATED IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE!

Placed an order from a local restaurant and waited a good 20 to 25 minutes into the wait period... Checking the app now and then. Then I went to check the app again and the order was not listed anymore. Just missing completely. The arrival time came and went and no food arrived. I finally checked my credit card and found that they had refunded the order. But I got no email no notification no message no nothing. This is unacceptable. Uninstalled.
App is good, service needs work.

App is great, service needs a revamp. Very slow. Delivery was estimated at 35 minutes, delivery took place at an hour and a half after order. No utensils delivered

This company is the worst ever. Horrible customer service. The delivery guy brings my order and drops one of the dishes. I told the delivery guy to replace the item and that we don’t have enough food to eat as we were 6 people. It takes them half an hour to get back to me by which time the restaurant closed. The customer service was purely rude and didn’t do a thing to resolve my issue. Instead, kept reminding me that I need to return the entire food in order to get a full refund. At 9:15 in the night we were left without food and left alone to figure out what to do. Horrible company.
