Haven’t Drive my spark in awhile so I get ready to fly it for a friend and it won’t let me log into app then I decide maybe it needs to be redownloaded I do that still won’t let me log in then a create a new log and still a no go. Keeps telling me to check my network connection. But I have full service?!?! What is going on DJI?
Getting tons of disconnect errors

They take your $1400 and give you straight garbage !!! I don’t give a crap how good the machinery is if the software and the app don’t work !!! I highly recommend another drone company!!!! I got this in Xmas of 2017 flew it once and it hasn’t worked right since ...class action law suit in the garbage companies future ..greedy scum bags
Freezes 9 out of 10 times

When you go to edit something and choose from your phone library (local), it says loading 100% and then it just freezes. It does that nine out of 10 times. Pretty much useless.

I don’t know what it is, but EVERY TIME I try to fly my drone high or far, the signal just drops SIGNIFICANTLY! My buddy can attest to this, we took turns flying in the SAME exact location. He was able to fly his further and higher. Then when he was done, I took mine up, mine couldn’t go pass 200m in the air, saying the signal is weak when we’re in the same exact location. I’m over drones, they’re a hassle and you’re going to either crash it or lose it so be prepared for that.

Stay with the version you have! I wish I had. Control problems, video breakup, green blocks/banding. I don’t see any fixes, but just reduced performance. I’m not a beta tester, and I don’t want to be treated as such. My iPad Mini 2, and iPhone 6 are both on the DJi compatibility list, so I find it dishonest to suggest that I just need to upgrade my hardware.
Software/app is terrible; drone is nice

3 weeks now try's by to create a movie... goes close to 100% completion after 10-15, sometimes 20 min... then nothing! Crashes or goes back to the movie. Already updated he all and nothing! Decreased the length of he movie significantly... goes to 100%, then no true completion... please fix this software! It's been 3 weeks since I've returned with espetacular footage that The movie creation does not complete... very frustrating!
