Really nice but where is the Print button?

Goose1950

Update 2. Still no print ability. Sad. Still no response. Really too bad. So much potential in this app. Update Dropped from 5 stars to 1. iOS 9 and new version crash on startup on both iPhone 6 and iPad. Deleting and rebuilding fixed my iPad but I DON'T want to do it all over again on my phone! Support nil as before. First, support is nonexistent and non-responsive...otherwise it would be 5 stars. That said, this mail app has a really nice work flow and allows rapid "dispatch" of your mail. The only glaring omission is the lack of a print button to help dispatch of some mail. While I don't print to paper I do use Printopia on my Mac to print/archive PDF versions to a document database. Works great from Mail or Mailbox but is glaringly missing from Dispatch. I'm hoping it's just me not looking in the right place but so far, no joy. I use the app as my main mail app but it's sad that I have to leave for another app just to print or save and image to the camera roll. I'd buy it again but it's sad that support requests are not honored or even acknowledged. Must be a small shop. They continue to update app so there is at least that.

Won't fetch in background even when on

Jaker83

I receive a large amount of emails per day and even after choosing to have fetch, notifications and badges on, I'm getting nothing unless I actually go into the app. What a waste of $7

Easy email

Ecmproject

Has worked bug free for me as a simple hassle free way to manage all my email accounts and share between them. Only thing that would make it better is if it synced emails from your account that were written not using dispatch. Otherwise it's been great.

Go-to Mail app

Excellent product. Definitely my go-to app for processing email. Would love to see a desktop version to complete the trio of iPhone, iPad and Mac options for handling my email. Also would love to see a Snooze feature. This and the above would make me LIVE in Dispatch! The power to quickly and efficiently triage and govern my email workflow is unparalleled. I turn to Dispatch to save or print to PDF emails I want to file away and delete. And I've been looking and testing for years before settling on Dispatch! Bravo team! Keep up the good work!

Dropbox integration does not work

JC Smith 3/6/11

I had hope for this app, it has some great features like integration with Dropbox. The problem is that it does not work. And worse yet there is just about zero help. Little documentation and they do not answer support requests

Problems - and NO HELP.

PremiereFan

Issues - App crashes when I attach a photo. Also contact photos do not appear. But don't count on any response from these guys – they won't return any of my requests for help. Will get refund.

Overall great app!

I use 2Do extensively as a task manager. This email client is the best for transforming incoming emails into tasks! Elegant interface. -needs ability to view emails in landscape (only portrait available presently)

Overrated

I would like to use provide an honest review as this app is definitely not cheap and I hope this will help others before they decide to buy it. In terms of overall design and productivity, this is a great app. And if you also value your privacy this is the app to get as it does not save any emails or login information on a server/cloud. But the problem is that it doesn’t work all the time. It crashes a lot when you move between different folders, usually you need to “pull to refresh” in order for the folder to show you the correct emails, and background update of badges and notifications don’t really work. And since it is created by only 2 developers customer support is pretty much zero. I have tried many times to contact them via the app and on twitter but haven’t received a single response so far. But to be fair, I must say that the app does perform better on my iPad Pro (doesn’t crash as much as on my iPhone SE), but badges and notifications don’t work.

Non functional and no support

Gadfly777

Dispatch will not send emails on my account. Every email I send goes into a "failed to send" box. I have requested assistance removing this problem and received no reply. Spend your money elsewhere.

Broken again, crashes in replying to emails.

itunes frustrated

It's currently great when all you want to do is scan your latest emails and sort. It has real problems not crashing if you want to reply to an email. Always crashes if you attatch an image to your reply. So gets 5 stars for recieving and 1 star for sending. Has a history of being buggy, hope this latest bug gets fixed this year.
