App tells me to check internet connection

The app has been stuck in this mode since January 1. My internet is fine. I surf the web, get email, and shop online with the same device. I've deleted the app and reloaded it. I've loaded it on other apple devices and it tells me the same thing. The problem is not always with the user. I suggest that you check your internet connection.


Too expensive and buggy.

The number of puzzles that come with this is limited. The free puzzle of the day doesn’t work - it says check your internet connection, which I know is working because I can, for example, submit this review.

Third day in a row where it is telling me I need to connect to my internet. When I check I am connected to the internet. Very frustrating. I even uninstall the app to reinstall, can only do this when you are connected to internet. But when you try to do the daily puzzles it says you need to connect to internet???

I love jigsaw puzzles! And who doesn't like Disney characters! However the last three days it will not let me play the daily games. It says "check your internet connection". Nothing is wrong with the connection and everything else works fine. This is the second time this has happened. What's up?


Was a 5 star app until January 1

I love this app. Downloaded it in June. Have played almost every day and spent plenty on puzzles with no regrets. But since January 1, the daily puzzle is no longer available. It says check internet connection. There is no issue with my internet connection. All other apps are working fine. Oh and the internet connection works just fine to purchase within the app. Reached out to Sparkle Games by email twice with absolutely no response. I see by other reviews I am not the only one having this issue. I understand things/glitches happen from time to time, but at least acknowledge and address it. And for those of us that have spent plenty of money with you, you could at least offer a free puzzle as we have now lost our daily puzzle streak. I was 20 days away from receiving 50 points for not missing a day completing the daily puzzle. Very frustrating. I love the puzzles and will continue to play. Fix the daily puzzle issue and you’ll have 5 stars from me.


Stopped working AGAIN!

For days now it’s telling me to check my internet connection when there is nothing wrong with it. Went through this before when the app disappeared from the App Store. Hope that’s not what’s happening again. Please fix the issues!

This has been a great app until recently. The free puzzle of the day is no longer working and we continue to see the message “check your internet connection, despite our connection being just fine. I hope you fix this ASAP. It looks like we aren’t the only ones with this issue and it’s disappointing that it has been going on for multiple days.

Crashes ... I bought a frozen 2 puzzle pack for 2.99 for my daughter and it does not open. Does not work. And offers to re purchase the puzzle pack.
