Great app but the in app purchases are too expensive

$13 for 75 princess puzzles? Ouch. Love the app but I wish there were less expensive puzzles you could add on.

After spending more than $60, all I have access to are those from the free version plus a few others scattered amongst a sea of locked puzzles and even more offers to buy. I’ve followed the workarounds to try restoring from the two places within the app, removing and reinstalling, and even trying in another device, but so far nothing. When I contacted Apple (from the “Report a problem” link in the receipt email), I was told to contact the developer, but when I try to do that, surprise! the link to contact developer is broken. I know Disney can do better than this and will hope for a quick resolution to this. The part of the app I’ve been able to test is entertaining and should provide a lot of enjoyment for the little ones. Fingers crossed.

Too many crashes, too much money

2nd update. NEVER loads the first try. Now, at times, the 2nd try fails, also. Worst “Disney” product I’ve ever seen. Updated review, several version updates since I reviewed. Nothing’s changed. Poor support, and very little organization. Maybe you could get a 5th grader to fix the problems. I spent $50 for a package, and some open, some don’t. To play the puzzle of the day, the program has to close and when I reopen, it usually works. Now it isn’t even doing that.

love disney and the puzzles and bought the 19.99 pack and cant find it in the app. not user friendly at all create a section for purchaced packs or puzzles and it will be great!

More difficult for kids than it needs to be

The app crashes a lot and instead of separating your purchases puzzles (because, yes, they all cost money) from the ones on sale, they group them all together. It takes forever to locate the ones you have purchased because they have multiple packs and sets for the same movies. If they could separate the ones on sale into a separate shop section that would seriously help. Also, while the savers packs they advertise cost a lot less than buying them individually, you don’t get the variety they imply you will.

Not worth the $

Either lower the prices a bit or come up with a better way to gain rewards points. For the amount of $ it cost to get unlimited i could get a PS4 game. Fun game, but not worth the price of a PS4 game. 2 stars are for the great quality of the pics and the nice puzzle piece scroll on the bottom.

Great but....

Love Disney and love jigsaw puzzles...so what could be better? Overall — fun Not so fun trying to figure out which puzzles the VIP package opened. It didn’t open all of the puzzles available. Plus the app has a nasty habit of shutting down on its own. Not saving the current puzzle in progress or if you’re trying for a reward like “15 puzzles done in one setting “- it would lose track of your progress since technically once you open it again it’s a new session. PS - I had rated the app as four stars - have revised based on experience. I’ve said it before: Program seems unstable; it will crash repeatedly and then for no reason become reliable again. Frustrating when you have to start a puzzle over again four or five times.
