Love the idea

This app is great but I have purchased the $20 450+ puzzle package and all of the puzzles are still locked. I then purchased the $6.99 one for the princesses hoping I was just missing something and they are all still locked. I have no clue how to get a refund either by my kid is annoyed because she keeps trying to play and it keeps asking for her to buy more puzzles.

I wish I had seen the reviews before spending $19.99 on 400 puzzles. It barely opened any new puzzles. I’ve contacted support and will be telling my bank to decline the transaction.

I love these puzzles and have spent a lot of money purchasing them. I even spent the money on the VIP membership the last 2 years. We haven’t had a new puzzle pack since July. What’s going on??? I could always count on new puzzle packs every month. Can you please let us know when we will be getting some new puzzles. Preferably some Halloween ones

I love puzzles and my toddler prevents me from having a puzzle laying around to work on, so I downloaded this app. I am addicted. & of course all things Disney catch me every time!

The puzzle doesn’t stay in one place it’s what makes it hard for children but now I am stuck with a $20 purchase I wish I could take back. They do not refund ??
