Game looks fun and it’s free! But you have to pay for almost every puzzle! I recommend NOT getting this game because you want to play for free but you have to pay?

New purchases don’t work and no response from support

I have purchased two new puzzle packs yesterday and neither is showing up in the app. I have tried contacting support twice with no acknowledgment or support. What really frustrates me is that my three-year-old has been working for a couple of months to earn these apps. Now that she’s worked so hard and has been learning about saving I am helpless to follow through on her reward. I am not a happy customer! ?

Suddenly won’t connect for new puzzles

I have been using this app with little problem for over a year and suddenly over the last two days it keeps saying it can’t connect to the internet even though every other thing on my iPad has no issue. I have reset all internet connections just to be sure and even deleted and reinstalled app with no improvement. I did get all my puzzles back but can’t get the puzzle of the day which is how I start everyday. If it starts working again I will be happy to play again.

I also have been using this app for a long time and normally love it. Yes you pay for puzzles but well worth it. My problem started about a week ago and I have been unable to get the puzzle of the day. This is not the first time this has happened but I don’t remember how I got them back. A little help please and I would love to change to 5 stars

I love this app and I have even bought puzzles but for 2 days now the free puzzle of the day does not come up ..all it says is check ur internet connection and I have checked it and have been connected so I don’t understand why it keeps saying that

We just purchased Frozen 2 pack 2 and the game does nothing when we select that set of puzzles. We will now have to message the developers and hope to get what we paid for. Buggy as heck.

Where are the puzzles I purchased? Spent at least $30 because my DD is a huge puzzle and Disney fan, but have spent the last HOUR searching for the puzzles my MONEY supposedly UNLOCKED?! They are no where to be found! Do NOT buy this App. I’m sure Disney licensing will revoke all privileges very very soon. Love Disney. They do not want scam artists hawking a half baked worthless money grab. Good luck, developers. Your days are numbered....THUMBS DOWN?

Generally love this app! However, I’ve not been able to play the Free Daily Puzzle for 3 days. I was a little curious & attempted to let support know in case there’s an issue. Well, it seems as though my email was sent back as though the address doesn’t exist so I must do this here. This has been one of my favorite apps & I play daily.
