First time on the smaller Disney ship and it didn’t disappoint!! I was worried, as other cruise lines older ships (even renovated) are so dated and beds uncomfortable, rooms small, little fixes are seen all around and they just smell old. The Disney Wonder was just that, Wonder-ful! Disney has an impeccable standard and the staff is equally as efficient and friendly! Disney was my first ever cruise and (eight years and many cruises later) so far there is no comparison to room size, comfort of bed and bathroom, entertainment is incredible (although I do wish for nighttime adult comedy), quality of food, theatres, Castaway Cay is awesomeness!! I went with my best friend and it just didn’t matter that we didn’t have kids! This was just a repositioning Cruise but there was always something happening. There is something for literally everyone and places to be that have no kiddos. Disney Simply Does It Best! Thank you Disney Kelle Judah

Wow what a cruise. As a former cruise director with Premier Cruise Lines ( official cruise lines of Walt Disney World), I was so impressed by everything that went on. From the top class entertainment to our room host, and everything and everybody in between, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The commitment by the staff was incredible. I just wish the passengers onboard knew what each and every staff and crew member goes through to make a trip so great. The families, the pets and their lives left in their homeland to come and make someone’s dream come true. So magical. There a number of staff and crew that I would like to bring to your attention as they did such a fantastic job. The cruise staff was very good. The cruise director Leslie and her assistant Tim, were great and their staff was equal. Matt the adult host was someone who was a true professional and kept everyone entertained with his wit and professionalism. Ross and Pablo kept things going and were great ambassadors of Disney. The young ladies (I apologize for not remembering their names) who performed for us and also kept things going were also very good representatives of Disney. Cindy, Avatar and Adi, our dining room team, were fantastic. Everything that we requested was received with a smile and fulfilled, with the food being out of this world. From the dining room staff to those that made the breakfasts at Cabanas so wonderful, thank you. Gede our room host did a wonderful job as well. Always special attention to details and making our room experience also memorable. The porthole in the inside cabin we were in was a treat. What an invention and it kept us always looking and wondering what was going to happen next. I could go on and thank everyone onboard, but that would be a long list, so all I can say to the ship’s officers, staff and crew is, thank you, thank you, thank you. We will be back to experience another magical journey. Thanks again to Leslie, Tim, Matt, Pablo, Ross, Avatar. Adi, Gede and all the staff who nobody sees keeping the Fantasy in tip top shape. Lot’s of things to do on ship. Port at Cozumel terrible. Escalator was broken. My wife was on a scooter. Had to go in back entrance. Shopping was poor. No place to eat. Staff and service was excellent. Leon in housekeeping great. Mr B and Anwil serving at dining was excellent.Clean environment. Food selection could be better at restaurants. There was no Mexican or Chinese foods. Getting off and on ship easy. Elevators too small. Hard to get to other floors for handicapped people. Great vacation

We were traveling with a large family of 23 people, the wait staff was truly amazing, they went above and beyond to entertain a table of 13 children( Irena, Rafa, Eduardo, and Z)! We are truly thankful for the cleanliness everywhere we went on the ship! With 3 generations in our group there was always something for everyone! Thank you so much for the great memories!

This family 3 day cruse was one of the best family vacations. We all enjoyed the 5K race and the went back in the ship for an excellent breakfast. We then spent the rest of the day snorkeling bike riding and tubing

Somethings not right.

I cannot log into this app on my iPhone XS Max. It keeps telling me there something’s not right. I can log on on my husbands phone or my iPad but not my phone, which is the device I use most frequently. Very frustrating.

Our Disney Cruise vacation ended up being anything but magical. On a positive note the shows were great, the food was good and the ship was clean. Sadly the negatives outweigh the good. We arrived at Pop Century at 2 am due to mechanical problems on 2 different planes. No fault of yours. However we had 2 rooms booked and we had been up almost 24 hours only to be told we weren’t even in the same building and there was no help to get to our rooms. We asked what time we needed to be ready to catch the shuttle to get to the ship. We were told to start lining up at 8. When everyone was there we could leave. We decided to get there at 9 and just not be first in line since it was already 2 am. Only to find out when we got down there the bus didn’t leave until 12:15. Not cool. We were also told to have our luggage outside our room by 8. Our phone rang at 7:30 telling us they would be there soon to get our bags. We said we were told to put them outside our room. They said oh no. Finally on the ship very disappointed we couldn’t get off on Castaway Cay due to the wind. Not your fault but very disappointing nonetheless. Then my daughter and I couldn’t even find 2 seats to sit together at the pool. Nice vacation when you can’t even sit with your child. Within a half hour of that the coke machine was down. The ice cream machine couldn’t keep up and had melted by the time my husband walked just a few feet and there was a 15 minute wait on chicken strips. Nothing was going right. Then the nightmare began with my picture package. I asked when I purchased it if my daughter gave my stateroom number is that ok so I could get the pictures of my granddaughter. This cruise was her Christmas/birthday present. I was told yes only to find out they would not honor that. I was furious. We were told it was due to privacy issues but they made us go through Thousands of pictures finding our own little girl. So we changed the package from me to my daughter which took so much time out of our trip. I asked for a chair and was told NO. that was it for me. We did share our concerns with the entertainment assistant. She was more concerned about whether we liked the shows or not. She did ask our stateroom number. I really hoped someone would reach out. They didn’t. I would like a response to my review please. My cruise was 1/31-2/3. Stateroom 7681. Brenda Brown. Thank you.

Don’t know if it’s because we stayed in a concierge room or what but had an absolutely wonderful time. Cabana at castaway Cay and Weather were outstanding. Shows ,food ,everything Great. Saving up for the Wish!

Inaugural cruise out of New Orleans

This was our 2nd Cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Brought our children 12 years ago and our grandchild this cruise. We are 44 minutes from Nawlins and so excited to be able to board so close to home!!! We loved every thing about it. Everything. On suggestion. On pirate night party let all of the little ones get up close just like the sail away wave party. The little ones are unable to see. My 8 year old cried (and she’s not a crier) lol she was unable to see over the adults and was excited to dance and party on pirate night at the party. We were all so hyped up and ready throughout the day and she was heartbroken cause so many adults were in the view of the party and characters. We went to bed in tears. Over all the cruise was everything she dreamed of. Thank you The Kerek’s
