App is completely unresponsive after I upgraded to ios 15.

After updating to iOS 15 the app opens but only shows the 4 tabs at the bottom of screen. Tabs are inactive, app times out. Only way to rid it is to shut down!

The app doesn’t work at all! It’s a waste of space. I’ve deleted and downloaded several times and it still doesn’t show anything! Mobile app was a great factor in my utility choice and am regretting it big time right now.

The app has been fine until now not sure what happened but it would load as usual but then open to just a white screen and just stay there hopefully you can fix that soon

Not sure what gained but is not showing anything on the ios15 post I login which is very strange It was a great app till it was working and allowed to check bill and usage and mags Payments easily

I can never access my account. Something is always wrong with the app. ERROR ERROR all the time. Can’t believe they can’t get a simply app working, but can charge almost $500 in electricity. UNBELIEVABLE
