This app hasn’t worked for me in MONTHS! I can’t check anything because they’ve been doing “service” on the app now for about 4 months! This is crazy being that it’s direct energy

New app rollout was supposed to be mid November. Still waiting. Don’t disable a working app because you’re “still” developing a new app. Wow. Hire some real programmers!

I think what we need to do is get the attention of the news outlets and report the app and customer service details to get some answers. And no email or notification has been sent out to customers advising of the delay in the app.

Muy buena compañía yo estoy contento con ellos , a pesar de que batallé con los representantes atención a cliente cambian los planes que te ofreces o se equivocan pero al final te corrigen y se aclara todo nadamas revisar las facturas .

This app won’t even work. It hasn’t been able to open in weeks. Deleted. Now I have to inconveniently go on safari and type passwords every time.
