Warning double charges & horrible customer support

ReddenStudio

I purchased the premium subscription on my iPhone, and I installed the app on my iPad. Then, when the initial month was over I saw two charges for my premium subscription. One for the initial month and trail and the other purchase was the premium service in-app charge (total was ~USD $16). A purchase on top of another purchase. Ugh! Contacted DI.FM’s support (Pablo, Olivera) for two weeks but they never followed through about anything. They just went silent on me. I would ping them with screenshots they requested but silence always. A status update or a yeah we charge that way would have been nice, but nope never happened. Be warned they might double charge you! I canceled both subscriptions because of their horrible support! BTW, their support emails did not go in my spam folder. There review reply is just an attempt to redirect the issue back to me. Take responsibility for your support failure and make adjustments to your process.

Good content, but some bugs

tabernar

I’m a longtime DI.fm subscriber. The app is a good way to stream it. However, the app takes over the media controls on my lock screen and won’t surrender it when I use other apps. Uninstalling until this is fixed.

CAN’T FIND YOU ON SONOS !!!

AZLATIN

Description states that this station can be played on Sonos with a subscription. Went on my Sonos app to look for DI.FM before subscribing and it doesn’t show it as an option. Is it under a different name?

Great music, but app is not on most platforms...

NeonRanger

It’s a great service for electronic music fans and I subscribe via the two year plan. But with that being said it’s VERY behind on the times in terms of platform support. Still doesn’t support: CarPlay, Apple TV, Alexa or Apple Watch... Calm Radio, SomaFM, SiriusXM, Apple Music and TuneIn (AKA: all your competitors) all do... please don’t make me reconsider continuing my subscription...

Highly Recommended

It went through a spell in spring 2018 for my brother and I where it was crashin a lot and we were both on different providers so I don't think that was a coincidence but lately it's been great and I'd say give it a chance and try to listen to all the stations cuz for a long time I only listened to a few of the stations and didn't give the others a chance and I realize now how much better it is like for example I never knew I would've liked the station "liquod drum n bass" as much as I do but it's what prompted me to write this review :P so enjoy

Dub is the best

matimoteo

I’ve been a DI listener since 2006 and it’s been the best source, period, for experiencing electronic music. The best music::)

Love the music and app

BenLovesNachos

The music is really great, and the app works really well. It would be nice if the app would rotate when you rotate the phone to landscape mode. Is that something that will be possible?

Great, but for one minor annoyance

Wilsonamon

I’ve been premium for years and don’t see that changing any time soon. What I do find annoying is that the app doesn’t stay open in the background. I never know when I press play on my bt headphones or car stereo whether it’s gonna continue DI.FM or play something from iTunes. If you could somehow make DI priority over iTunes it’d be perfect.

Dropping membership

In the time it took me to write this review, the DI.FM app was still loading. Huge gaps transferring between WiFi and LTE service. Program is awesome, but delivery is awful. Switch services.
