No iOS notifications for Department text messages. No banner, no sound, no badge, nothing. Contacted support over a year ago and they have yet to fix this major bug that affects every iOS user.

wish was not forced to pay for 3 licenses to unlock CRM integration, at 100 dollars a month there are more robust solutions available, the only reason canceling otherwise good dialer if you do not need CRM integration as a solo entrepreneur

I love the DialPad app. It’s very convenient to be able to make calls while away from my desk. I also have the ability to hand the calls over to our sales team when necessary. I love the option to switch from desktop to mobile as well. Did I mention customer service is amazing!!

We use DialPad for our service based business and find it to be amazing. From time to time there are a few hiccups but the customer service is great and they resolve the issues promptly. Plus they pick up the phone quickly and are helpful.
