Easy to set-up and use, both online and via app. Professional notifications and good connection. History report and call summary is critical sometimes, and UberConference offers this. They have a free option that is also good for businesses. Keep up the good work UberConference!

Very bad app!

This app is awfully bad! The app is very difficult to schedule or reschedule meeting. And after scheduling the meeting, it is difficult to cancel or end the meeting. We scheduled meeting for few days and after the meeting, this app continues to call participants creating confusion. Then we tried to cancel the past scheduled meeting and we could not. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

Really slick design, lots of promise. I hate to report issues via review, but I couldn’t find a straightforward way to do this via the support page. I will update my review once this problem is resolved. 1) Timezone Defaults to PDT - despite setting my Timezone to EDT on the website, the app defaults to PDT. I scheduled a call for 7:30am, and it showed up as 10:30am ET on my calendar. This should follow my profile settings. 2) Cannot invite participants to a conference - when I try to invite another person using my contact list, it appears that the new person is selected but they never receive an invitation. When I go back to the conference, the invitee is no longer there. I’d love to use this for my business calls, but this doesn’t appear to be ready for prime time. Developers, feel free to contact me for more details.

Good service, very bad app

The service is great, especially on PC. The app works, but poorly designed. Hold it against your face but the screen stays on so buttons get pressed your call will go crazy. Also, hanging up doesn’t work, you’ll stay in the call forever. Too bad, but stick with traditional dial-in number, don’t use the app.

UberConference has consistently performed well for our far-flung teams and the app execution is clean, easy to use, and easy to share dial-in credentials. Screen sharing is a godsend, when you need it, too.

Good service but lousy app experience

The only thing this app needs to do well imop is to give you easy access to your conference info when you need to share it. Unfortunately every-time you close the app it logs you out, forcing you to log back in. And when you do log back in, it makes you go through on boarding again. I understand they might be worried about security. But seems like a completely unnecessary thing to do. Facebook doesn’t make you log back in every time. Why should I have to login to retrieve / share my conference call info?
