App is worthless keep getting login failed. Everything went smooth up until the most critical part of the app working, which is for the program to work. Back to the drawing board for you!

The interface is weak. Contacts category needs attention. Please add the contact list from the phone . Not just the search. I hope you guys will improve it. I will change the review.
App worked until last update

The app won't even open anymore. I use this for work and now I have to use my actual cell for work calls. Please fix this ASAP.

Unbelievably buggy, and things haven't been improving. The development team at Switch seems to be an afterthought. Either that or they're stretched too thin.
iOS app not so good

Unlike the desktop version, it doesn't show the callers name or phone number. Only shows my business name and number as the incoming call. Doesn't seem to update calls very well when refreshed. Can't listen to messages through Bluetooth. Seems like basic stuff that has not been remedied in the year since I've been using the app. I do like the desktop version.

Great service although the mobile app tries to do too much. On the road you want an easier way to get to dialer etc.
Not easy to navigate

I've been using the service for about a year and I would say that the app is extremely difficult to navigate. It has messages and phone call logs in the same location which can become confusing, and while your trying to be productive it slows you down trying to make sure your selecting the right thing. I would say they need to rebuild the app and make something that's simpler. To make matters worse, I'm a tech and if it's not easy for me, I can only imagine what other people are going through.

Crashes more than a toddler driving a car. It is unusable. As a business that relies on this service I'm extremely upset. Can't make phone call, read texts or listen to voicemail because this version crashes.
Fix text message notifications

Text notifications to the main number doesn't work. Add a way to sort text messages from calls in list views.

Actually launches, freezes and then crashes when touching the screen. You idiots - I have a critical message and call for my business and only my iPhone 7 plus and now I am app locked out of my business. Get your act together.
