This game is so fun and adicting,i have been playing it for only a month now.Keep up the good games!!!
Terrible at customer satisfaction

I really enjoy playing this game but unfortunately they don’t feel the need to respond to a simple complaint. I actually spend money on games and bought 100 coins for $9.99. Well the game took my money with no problem at all but didn’t give me the coins. I sent an email to support and received an immediate response stating they received my email and I would be contacted in 1-3 business days. I received an email approximately a week and half later with simple instructions. I complied with instructions and approximately 2 weeks later I sent another email to remind them that I am still here. Almost a month has gone by and I have yet to receive the coins nor a refund. Not cool. In the meantime, I won’t spend money nor play the game. And considering how much I would have played, they lost a lot of money. It’s really too bad to, because I really do like the game. I guess I can look on the bright side, over a month’s time, I would have spent hundreds of dollars. Thank you for saving me that money. I did do a lot of clothes shopping this month and I now realize how I came to so much extra money.

I love playing this and it helps me learn more about home improvement and designing homes. This game forces me to learn these in such a fun and discreet way and not even realize I’m learning something important that will be needed in the future. As a tween, this is an essential game if you’re going to do home improvement and design work in houses and buildings. Learning the essential layout of a family home makes these topics much easier to learn like what is shown in this game and this is going to make a difference in our world by playing this game.

The best part of Sims is building and deporting houses. With this game you can do that without all the boring stuff.

All the nice furniture needs to be purchased with gold coins. And they are very hard to get some unless you pay for them. There is an option to get free coins but every time I press it, it says that the offer is unavailable and to try later on. It is a very cool game but that just pisses me off. Literally all the nice furniture needs to be purchased with gold coins

I downloaded this game , not much to do. Tried to build an extra room when told I could and twice took the $40,000 waited for time to elapse ...and no room was added. Looked over for help and none available..will delete...
