Terrible at customer satisfaction – Design This Home Review

I really enjoy playing this game but unfortunately they don’t feel the need to respond to a simple complaint. I actually spend money on games and bought 100 coins for $9.99. Well the game took my money with no problem at all but didn’t give me the coins. I sent an email to support and received an immediate response stating they received my email and I would be contacted in 1-3 business days. I received an email approximately a week and half later with simple instructions. I complied with instructions and approximately 2 weeks later I sent another email to remind them that I am still here. Almost a month has gone by and I have yet to receive the coins nor a refund. Not cool. In the meantime, I won’t spend money nor play the game. And considering how much I would have played, they lost a lot of money. It’s really too bad to, because I really do like the game. I guess I can look on the bright side, over a month’s time, I would have spent hundreds of dollars. Thank you for saving me that money. I did do a lot of clothes shopping this month and I now realize how I came to so much extra money.
