Fun game, but needs improvement

This game is fun to play and can be addicting, but there definitely needs to be some improvements. There have been multiple times I bought a room and used coins to receive the room immediately, but when I close out of the app and reopen it later the room shows it is not purchased but my money and coins are gone. That has happened to me too many times. I also don’t like how you can’t use your already bought furniture in storage to decorate a new home or new room. It also takes way too long to collect money and there aren’t many opportunities to collect coins.

I really love this game! It gives me something to do and I like how I can control things. I don’t like how I had this game since high school and there’s still no updates. Honestly it’s bad enough that I have to wait a lot of hours sometimes even days for the things I buy to unload and be ready for use. I want to see other people homes and be able to visit and even be able to meet neighbors and have them over for dinner or something of that sort. I also want my players to be able to do stuff like sit on the couch ,shower , eat, and sleep. That’ll be so cool. lastly if there’s a way yu can update how the players look and give us,the people the chance to create our own players that’ll be so cool. PLEASSEEEE take this into consideration. I’m in college now and this game is still the same. WAIT! Please make a way for use to get more coins because I haven’t been able to do anything else because I ran out.

It’s really broken right now and won’t let me get on because the “server is crowded”. I really wish you’d fix it because I just want to play :(

My game is continuously freezing. When I log out for hours and open up the app again it has deleted my items or locked back my rooms but still keeps the money I spent!!
Can’t watch ads to earn coins

It has said that watching the ads to earn free coins is “unavailable” fo weeks now. Please fix!
