I love the app and I subscribed to the pro version but the app crashes every time I write in Arabic! It’s really disappointing!

I bought this app when it was new so a long time ago. I’m not exactly sure when. But i purchased it spending money on it because it seemed worth it. I have used the app for years now for thumbnails and such but recently there was an update that made a few of the options “pro options” that you hav stock pay monthly/annually for and I’m not amused. I already purchased the freaking app. It’s ridiculous that after purchasing it you’d have to further purchase it to have the options you once had before the update. I wrote two tickets about this and all i got in response was basically “it’s what comes with the new update. We need to make money” uhh yeah i don’t care I ALREADY PURCHASED THE APP YEARS AGO. you’re gonna lose a loyal user over this and hopefully unless this gets resolved, This review deters other customers.

The other review by Bella (a bunch of 84’s I’m too lazy to count) is basically how I feel. I recently came back to the app to use it for more edits as I’ve been returning to that style and I find that the app has turned to DesignLab. Not too much of a problem for me initially as I believed it was just a change of layout and design. Then I find that I can’t even erase anymore because it’s a “pro” option. Are you serious? I understand if you need money, but it just isn’t fair to those who paid long ago! At least give me back the erase option and the few designs I had. I paid full price for this app, and I hope I receive full service in return. I will gladly give this app five starts when I get this back.

I bought this app because of all the cool features & stickers it has to offer. Very very cool designs, and really easy to use. I definitely prefer the features of this app over Word Swag or Adobe Spark. BUT JEEZ LOUISE THIS APP HAS GLITCHES. I don’t think I’ve used the app ONCE where something didn’t work. No exaggeration - 99% (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) of the designs save to your camera roll BLANK. So I have to SCREENSHOT my designs & crop them, instead of getting the saved final image. The app will randomly close in the middle of designing, multiple times a day. And most features take about 3 times to play around with before they actually work how they are meant to work. Cool app. But it’s BEYOND frustrating.

I really do like this app but for some odd reason I’m not able to save any of the pictures. I’ll work on something then edit it, by time it comes to saving the picture to my camera roll, sharing, or even open the screen it’ll automatically close the app out. It would be five stars if this matter was resolved. Hopefully with an update it could be fixed soon. :)

Every time I edit something it turns white. I pay good money for this app... I’ll fix review when this is resolved I manage big twitter accounts and need this app!
