Not what I paid for

I’ve had this app for a while now. I purchased the entire collection of artwork as a package originally. Then, when the “pro” version was released everything I paid for was gone, and I was given the option to either pay a subscription service, or not have any of the artwork I had before. I won’t purchase the pro version. It’s glitchy and doesn’t work well enough to pay for monthly. I’ve lost projects, had to restart because the color tab would disappear, the size and placement adjusters are temperamental, and it would force close without saving my work. I use it when I have to, but am overall disappointed. Especially since I can’t use what I paid for. :(

Originally purchased this app years ago, and it was such a good app that I also purchased all of its features, but now that the developers have switched to this new "Pro" platform with a monthly subscription charge all of those features that I have ALREADY PAID FOR I no longer have access to them unless I pay again in the form of a monthly fee...you know pay again for something that I ALREADY PAID FOR once. #Ripoff

I bought this app several years ago along with purchasing several, if not all the extras. Now that it has upgraded I can’t access any of the templates I purchased and I refuse to pay for the Pro version to access most of what I have already paid for - really annoyed!! ?

It’s a good start. Nothing remarkable compared to other apps that have more free templates or templates that can be purchased without subscription (which is more appreciated) and allow much more text manipulation such as tapering text which is what I expected with their 3-D feature ... which would be more appropriate labeled skewing the text. Most frustrating is within five minutes into testing this program I found numerous bugs obviously not caught by their development team. Ex: History only works a few steps back. Also, if history is open, it’s terribly frustrating adding anything to your piece of work, getting it the way you like, because while history is open you don’t stand a chance of saving it! You need to cancel, lose your work, close the history, then start over! I would go on, but that’s not my job, it’s your job to test and debug before pushing it to users.
