I need to cancel my free trial service. I have tried for 4 days to contact you and every time I tried it says error try again later. I do not want to be billed for my services. I have a free trial and I have been trying to reach you to cancel my services but it won’t let me. I really appreciate it if you would just cancel my trial. Your services are not what I was wanting and doesn’t accommodate to what I need.

Missing WDW
Love this app, but for some reason I can download fonts to every app on my phone EXCEPT this one. It doesn’t even show up as an option. Very frustrating considering the tutorial video makes it look so easy.

I am currently unable to use this app on any device. Every time I open the app it freezes up. It worked ok until the last update.

Full of bugs

Lots of issues with this app. When I can get the tools to work it works great I hate having to pay for it. Should be free as it’s not a finished product
Many bugs, crashes often

This app has the best features for modifying photographs, but it simply doesn’t work. For example, it shows thumbnails to select photos from your photo library, but if you select a thumbnail, it will often choose a different photo from your library. Usually you need to click one thumbnail behind the photo you want to get the right one to come up. The projects will often white screen and when you try to save your final product, the result will simply be white screen. The program often completely crashes and I am repeatedly turning my phone off and in to get the app to work even for just a little while. A big disappointment and waste of time, unfortunately.

It can do some cool things. But most of the cool things that it can do can be done more easily on another app. Just hard to actually edit.
