Goes from bad to worse.

At first this app was great, a little buggy, but with the purchased content it was well worth it. For years I've been using this to create. Then they added the pro option. Bugs got worse. Suddenly I couldn't have more than ten projects. Buttons don't work when selected. Sometimes progress is just deleted after saving. Constantly prompting me to pay a sub for pro. And it feels like the problems just keep on coming. Someone will probably reach out to address my complaints, but just trust me, you don't want this app.

I downloaded this app around 4 years ago. I paid the $1.99 because I knew this app was amazing from seeing my friends edits! For about a year I used this app and nothing else. It is easy to use, has amazing filters and is the only editing tool I use on my pictures. NOW this app is AWFUL! I’m not sure what happened, but I’m lucky if I can even get this app to open up. It closes on me all the time and loses all my hard and tedious work and NOW I can’t edit any pictures at all because it says I have to upgrade to their new subscription plan and pay a monthly fee. I feel cheated out of the money I spent on this app and as a loyal user, I don’t feel appreciated. This went from being an amazing tool to a complete joke.

Had the app for years. Was editing on it without any problem. Recently noticed, if I want to use more than 8 projects, I must pay the Pro fee to use it while it was open previously. Can’t use anymore of the artwork since they blocked it too because you must pay for it too! They pretty much closed all features because they want u to pay for them! I’m gonna delete it and will find a replacement for it.

I use the app a lot and I LOVE the features. Since I’ve used it, it has always been incredibly glitchy. Certain functionality sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. There was a recent update that was meant to take care of these issues. I’ll admit it was better for a bit, but never perfect. Layers often disappear or show as blank when trying to reorder them, resizing text boxes sometimes just doesn’t work and you have to click off of it and then select it and try again, I could go on. There are just several small issues that you can get around, but it adds up to a frustrating experience quite quickly. Now, I am trying to even just open the app and it keeps crashing every time I try. The product is great in theory, but the execution needs a lot of work. Please please please just fix it!

This used to be the best app ever.. now it is the most frustrating.. adding pics and blending doesn’t work.. this pic moves or disappears when u try to blend.. still no frames.. even to the point that selecting a picture , the wrong pic appears ... I really need this for my business marketing and it doesn’t work..

What happen to this app? How come the press button to restore purchase isn't working?! Only the GET DESIGNLAB PRO button. I paid for this app, every tools were working before but now I can't even use the eraser tool cause it's asking me to try the pro. That means I will have to pay again. Whyyyyyyyyyyyy?!!!!!!!! I just want to be able to use the tools from the previous versions which are included when I paid for this app years ago. ?

This latest version doesn’t work. I can’t even open the app. When it does open it allows me to edit a photo and then doesn’t even let me save it. When I try to save a photo the app shuts dos. I HAVE PRO. I contacted support and nothing was resolved. Don't waste your money !

I’ve had this app for a while now and used to use it quite often. I even paid to have all of the fonts and packages to use all the time. I just recently started using the app again and was surprised to learn that I now have to pay a monthly subscription to access the same content that I had originally paid for? I was not informed of this change and do not want to pay again for something that I already paid for. Used to love the app and now might have to find another.
