I bought this app as a one time purchase and now it’s been updated, and removed all the features that I could have used before, now I have to pay a monthly fee, it seems cruel to have taken these things from people who owned the app before.

before these updates came, i paid for the whole app, without those subscriptions or anything. now it’s all been taken away from me, to pay MONTHLY/YEARLY? this app is amazing, but i already paid, and will not pay again. these apps are pricey.
Loved the older version

Loved the older version of this. Now, I’ve been asked to download the pro version to have more than 8 projects saved. I believe this app has already been paid for. Why do I need to pay again and every year? All I use this for is the one filter that I liked and that I could put text on the photos to document my children’s ages. Now, the filter I liked is gone and you want more money. Maybe it’s time to get rid of this app. Kind of bummed about it.

I used to love this app. I paid a good while ago a flat, one time, reasonable fee for it. Now they have taken away the ability to fully use it without adding a subscription plan (tells me I can have no more than 8 projects though there are already over 50 still saved in there from before the money grab). It’s fine if you want to change to that going forward but do not take away functionality from those who already paid.

An update was installed FINALLY! I paid for artwork pages over a year ago and a few weeks ago almost none of the packages would open. Latest update they are all FREE but still don't open! Rip Off! Also the save work only works half the time so you can't trust it. When it works which is seldom it's an awesome app in theory. 12/16/17 Now you've updated again with many new features and it does work better BUT, you've taken away the eraser and now you want to charge me a monthly fee to have it back, that's absurd, I paid for app features long ago and you want to charge me again?

If you have the app prior to the update (when it was called “PicLab Studio instead of “DesignLab Studio”), you are blessed. Tons of features have been removed. Erasing is for pros. Many of the filters and packs are for pros. DO NOT UPDATE.

I've had this app for awhile now and have more than any 8 projects I paid for full version just a few months back and had all access but somehow after the new update its prompting me to paying again for the full version? ? Um?
