No rotation – Delmarva Power Review

When I first started using the app on the iPad, I thought it was pretty good. Only exception was your bill amount did not update if you made a payment. With the new update, using the app on the iPad in landscape mode (attached keyboards require this) the app is somewhat useless in that it does not rotate anymore. Oh, and the bill balance still does not update.
