I really love the game and went to purchase the $5 gift pack, but it never loaded into the game. Of course, I was charged for this purchase and sent an email to the developer, but haven’t received a response. Does anyone know how to get our money back when the developer is unresponsive? Anyway, beware of purchasing any in-app purchases.

I bought one of the packs to get some coins, but it charged me and it got stuck on the loading menu. Either I can get my money back or the coins would gladly appreciate it. Thank you

Best free game app I’ve played so far . Have had over a year and still play a lot. No money needed just fun . My only advice is to dump heavy in agility and strength and loose on purpose towards end off boss levels to farm money by repeating stage

Bought the daily starter pack for $4.99 and tried buying the smallest coin pack $.99 and it wouldn’t put them in the game. Was robbed. The screen froze after it said purchase successful. I want a refund!
