I accidentally uninstalled the game and I lost my progress plz give me my account back I also bought the 5 dollar pack on my account that I lost and it wouldn’t give it to me plz fix it I lost my account plz I had a lot of progress

I’m wondering why the developer is not responding to anyone?? I paid for the starter pack, nothing, got charged $4.99 twice! Tried again said it’s doing a free restore ... nope nothing just freezes... I guess I’m going to have to go through apple to get this refund since the person who should be doing it is ignoring everyone! Nice job guys! Should re name this game defend your wallet!

Great game but don’t buy anything. I have made two purchases and have received NOTHING! I even emailed the app developer twice with screenshots of proof of purchase and still received nothing. I’m out $40 and I guess there’s nothing I can do about it. Don’t trust this app to deliver because there’s no way they can be held accountable.

Y complaint is about an in game purchase I spent $29 on the crystal pack and it was stuck on the loading... screen so I closed the game and I reopened and it didn’t give me wat I payed for and it took my money

I first started playing this game when defender one was out two has been my favorite though this was the fifth game I ever downloaded on my first phone when I was 15 ten hole years ago

Went to buy the 5$ pack thing and it locked up on me, never gave me it after force closing and starting it over, check account didnt hit so i tried it again still nothing, now a few days later i have the charge on my account but nothing to show for it. Other then that great game

Tried to get the 4.99 gift pack says it’s restoring it but the loading screen doesn’t go away and I’m not getting a thing be careful when get the in app stuff idk what’s going on but it needs to be fixed or at least give me my money back

I tried buying the $19.99 Crystal and i payed for it. However, the loading screen won’t go away. I tried resetting the game and when I open it, no Crystal was generated. I paid $19.99 but got nothing for it. Please fix this. Or at least return my money back.
