I got the 5 dollar pack and it froze and acted like it didnt go through that was three days ago and now it charged me 5 dollars and still didn’t get what I’ve paid for and there is no customer support

Do you guys still update this game at all? Why cant we get gems for every boss we kill whether offline or online, would definitely help with the upgrades. On top of the 1 gem for winning regular board and 2 for boss board.

Hi, I’ve played this game for a while and I spend $5 on the 100 gems and 40,000 coin pack, and apparently, I didn’t get them. When I looked at my account I was charged for the purchase however in the game when I went to go buy it again it said purchased will be restored and that it would load and I got an infinite Wheel of death. I let my phone run over night at it still said loading... plz help/fix the bug? I have an iPhone 7 which might be the issue? :I
