Fix in-app purchase bugs and respond to emails – Defender II Review

I really love the game and went to purchase the $5 gift pack, but it never loaded into the game. Of course, I was charged for this purchase and sent an email to the developer, but haven’t received a response. Does anyone know how to get our money back when the developer is unresponsive? Anyway, beware of purchasing any in-app purchases.
