Do not get this ‘bank’! They will draft a dollar from your account every month even if you do not owe them ANYTHING! I’ve tried to close my account several times to no avail. No refunds have been received from this company.

My account was hacked and I ended up having $255 taken out of my account to pay back an advance that I never took. I emailed customer service several times and was told Dave was closing my account because I was a liability and that they couldn’t offer me any more information or services. I tried explaining again how my account got hacked and I wanted my money back but received no further help or contact from customer service. Do not waste your time unless you want to be stolen from!

They say they it’s totally free. But I’ve deleted this app over a year ago. I’m still being charged to this day! I still can’t figure out how to stop them from charging me all the time. I wish I never downloaded this app in the first place

And furthermore, all I hear is this will be looked into. Well LOOK INTO IT FOR ONCE AND TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, cause it isn’t on my end. I will keep giving horrible reviews until SOMEONE ACTUALLY DOES THEIR JOB TO FIND OUT WHY I GET SCREWED OUT OF MY WHOPPING 5.00 ADVANCE WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY 25.00. At this point, this app BLOWS
