Horrible customer service and stole $30 from me

This app took an additional $30 from me after I paid my advance.. ON TIME ! I emailed their customer service and they keep not even answering my questions. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely awful! I used this app for a few months and it recently did this. It took $30 from me when my account didn’t even have it by the way. Just don’t use this app. Seriously just don’t. Stupid app, steals, horrid customer service. 0/10.

I’ve been receiving messages from Dave banking stating my account was at risk with my bank. I’ve called my bank and was advised also to contact Dave’s bank and of course I’m now unable to follow the prompts that are instructed for me to do in order for me to contact Dave support also the virtual assistant absolutely no help either. This is more than discouraging.

I love dave. It’s simple and you can’t get a bank account without all documents proving it’s you which means safety and i love safety when it comes to having a bank account

I signed up on a late afternoon and had money in my account by the time I went to bed. Perfect in a pinch, but using it regularly not a habit you want to get into.
