They don’t allow you to close the account

I’ve had this account for some time now and I have been trying to close it since October of 2021 it is almost February of 2022 and they won’t allow me to close it but they continue to charge my account for a service I do not need. Never download this Earnin is better if you ask me at least they allow you to close the account when ever you please.

I’m a small business owner and the app is harsh on letting people borrow I get paid everyday

I have been trying to delete my account and it won’t let me contact customer support to speak or email anyone. I just don’t like or trust anything connected to my bank account. I want it gone but guess Dave wants to make its lil monthly $1.

I use Dave for banking not advances and I never went negative and my account was always funded. They decided to close my account today without explanations and refuse to give me one. Dont use Dave. Will be making the switch to a better company.

I have been told to email their customer service. I’ve tried. They don’t respond. I filed a bbb complaint and they asked me to contact them, and they never once responded. They are about to get a lawsuit!! They keep regurgitating the old representative nonsense!! I’ve been unable to advance since November 21. They keep telling me lies that are not in the TOS. They’ve told me their system is a little more “conservative” now. They say because my balance in my external account is too low, I’m ineligible. Their system is showing false information. I have screenshots to prove to this very day, it is still displaying wrong info.

I would not use this bank at all they deleted my account without a notification whatsoever I had no money to pay my bills after they deleted my account out on nowhere and they left me without money and they started saying it could take up to 4weeks. This is the worst bank to ever have and has the worst customer service I would give them a negative star if they had an option on that. I repeat don’t use this account ever.
