Inconsistent lending practices!!!

The app used to be great but as of the past 2 mos things have gotten bad!!! Every time I try to get an advance it’s a problem!!! Now the app is saying that I have inconsistent income…like how? I’ve been working at my main job for over 13yrs and 2yrs at my second job!!! Yall just trying to keep that lil $250 I paid back…smh!
I reset my password and I cannot log back in

I recently had to reset my password and I am unable to log back into my account I keep getting an error message. Please fix so I can use the app thanks !

I use to use Earning and I had for over a year, I never missed a payment to them and they stayed on top of things but the past two months has been awful with Earnin! They mess you max up all the time and you have to chat everyday cus things keep messing up, Dave has yet to do that , so my advice even if you haven’t had your account messed up with Earnin you should watch out and switch to Dave

Good premise. Unfortunately Dave randomly disconnects from my bank which resets approval amounts from $250 down to $25. Heaven help you if your bank card gets stolen and you have to cancel it. Dave will say you can pay your loan from a different account but really tries to grab it from the original account with the lost debit card. Which failure to pay (because that card has been deactivated duh) resets your amount down to $5. After that well every interaction led to more and more headaches. I just deactivated my account and deleted the app. Don’t count on Dave. It’s a dumb computer run company with bad algorithms and no real human being on the other side to fix anything that goes wrong.

Never recieved my direct deposit

The first i used Dave for direct deposit it went through without any problems which was on 12/29/2021. My 2nd deposit for 1/14/2022 which was sent to the same account from my employer on 1/12/2022. I've called & called but their saying that they haven't recieved it. They told me to keeping checking the app ' yet nothis has shown up. I also called Evolve Bank & Trust and they are saying the same thing that they don't see any deposits but ghat would get right on it to see where my deposit is. Me and the lady from HR went back and check to make sure the routing and account numbers were correct. This has caused me to struggle with getting to work due to not being able to pay for a Lyft, get food nor pay my bills. I will not ever use this company again. I had to change my direct deposit back to Wells Fargo. I've never had a problem getting my paycheck until i switched over to this company. I never had any problems with Cash App, Bluebird, Cheese, Walmart & Netspend prepaid cards. I can't afford to lose my job along with my apartment.

Been using it for 4 years now. I don’t always use it but when I need to it always comes through not to mention when I barely worked it still was useful
