I bought this app based on the positive reviews. It was supposed to be very accurate for your locality, it is not, let be repeat, IT IS NOT ACCURATE! The temperature is off and the forecasts are off. Not happy!

Nice design and sometimes it works great. Unfortunately it’s pretty unreliable and its predictions are often just wrong. It’s better at telling you what will happen in the next 5 minutes. However, if you want to plan for the day, I would use other apps.

Finally A Straight To The Point Weather App

All the weather information you need without having to wait for ads, bro fail and cat videos to download. You see what you need to see and it comes up quickly. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Some bugs I’ve noticed recently

The widget will sometimes be unresponsive, or won’t load the weather at all. Try to tap on it and it won’t open the app. Have to go to it manually. Also, the app won’t always update the weather when I switch from different locations (eg went from Buffalo’s forecast to Tel Aviv, and it listed Tel Aviv’s weather as being in the mid-20s (Fahrenheit) when it’s actually in the mid-50s). These have all been happening frequently enough that I had to download a different app for weather. Please update soon.

Can’t find a weather app that stays updated on watch Face

No matter what app I use, and this one is informative and good, they all get stuck displaying weather on my Apple Watch. It will be accurate for a day and then stay stuck on that weather for days on end until I activate and deactivate it through the watch app on my phone. If you’re looking for a weather option for Apple Watch, I’m just not sure there’s a functional choice available.

Keeps crashing

App keeps crashing if I add an alert for snow greater than 0” in addition to my daily summary and rain alert. Has been an issue for a while and I’ve sent this issue in the past.

This is hands down the best weather app available on the app store. I was skeptical for months on whether I should pay for a weather app or not, and I finally made the decision to try it out. It just works. It pin points your location down to street address – significantly improving accuracy. It tells you how many minutes are left before rain starts. And they are able to accurately precise when rain is coming. This is crucial for me, since I live in an area where rain is the order of the day. And Dark Sky has done what no other weather app has been able to do. Gorgeous graphics, easy-to-use User Interface, and magnificent accuracy.

Its the only one that is usable in terms of UI. Very minimal clutter in app. Has the best predictions. Location feature always works. Totally worth the 3 bucks
