I was able to collect the moon piece and place it into the lock for the door, but the app keeps crashing on me. I paid the full price for this game- it’s really enjoyable and has kept me entertained. I really want to finish this game ?. Please fix this!!! If that isn’t possible I’d prefer to be reimbursed in full and then some for all my money and time I spent on this game.

I Pain for the full game and the app keeps on crashing i really love these games but if it keeps crashing and not letting me continue I am going to think twice before buying games from this brand. Please please fix this bug!

I paid for the game but it keeps crashing on me every time I try to put the handle on the cabinet . I really like the game so far but this bug needs to be fixed . If not u would like a refund on my purchase .

After collecting the moon and sun i can’t move without crashing! Tried rebooting game, rebooting ipad. tried a variety of actions to see if it would bypass that point. No action prevents a crash. FYI there is a crackling sound just before it boots me out. Please fix. This hasn’t happened in a game for over ten years. Would rather fix than refund but if you are unable to correct the issue, I will need a refund!
