Fantastic app! As a gym owner, coach and athlete this app makes it easy to help everyone out. You need variety to address the masses and options to address clients/athletes more specific needs. Having this as a resource makes my life easier which is awesome when there is a TON to do. It also adds value in the sense that I can offer multiple exercises to my members that may need specific recovery techniques. Stoked to see Mobility Wod come out with this after all the great videos they produced.

The main site is filled with so much great material, and now you can easily access it all from your phone or iPad. I use my iPad in the gym for music and programming, so it’s great to have such straightforward access to all of the mobility videos and knowledge. Everything is organized and very easy to find. A must-have for mWod fans and subscribers.

Mwod has always been my go-to for performance (crossfit, triathlons, skiing) or pain recovery (post workout, headaches, tightness) and now the wait is over. This is it. The one-stop shop-in-your-pocket miracle library of knowledge anytime, anywhere, on-demand. There is so much freakin high level education in this little package. It would take months or years to watch all of it and you’d be well on your way to a DPT. Bravo MwodStars. And thank you.

I love this app because it give folks easy things to do that opens up their bodies. I might be too busy to open the computer and follow a video, but I always have time to look at my phone and get down on the ground for a few so I can feel better!

As an NCAA athlete, I experienced severe recurring lower back and shoulder pain. Back then, the only answers I got were heat, ice and pain killers. It wasn’t until after college that a friend pointed me to Dr. Kelly Starrett’s online videos. For the first time, I had access to something that could explain to me what my issues were and why they were happening. I finally knew how to address the problems rather than just treat the symptoms. Now, as I approach my tenth year as a strength and conditioning coach, I regularly refer to the MobilityWOD team with all of my athletes, from kids and teens to world champions and everyone in between. This app makes it easier and more accessible than ever for me and my athletes to optimize performance and perform the self maintenance necessary to prevent injury.

I’ve been a subscriber to MobilityWOD for years and it saved my life. I’m an architect and I’m constantly sitting, working long hours, and basically bent out of shape. These daily workouts help me quickly loosen up and they’ve had long term positive effect for my flexibility, posture, and back pain. I’m so psyched that MobilityWOD is now an app and I can get to it whenever I find a few minutes. Kelly and Juliet rock!
