Works OK, but a very basic app with a few frills an extra features. Would be nice to be able to use the multiple iPhone sounds as notifications. It also needs to not disturb integration. It also needs do not disturb integration
No search function, won’t allow picture upload

I cannot search messages by patient name. Also this used to be fun to use because you could upload a picture from the phone but now it makes you log in to Cureatr then take the picture from within the app. Try entering a secure password and navigating the app while your patient is standing waiting in clinic. Still horrible: Can’t forward messages. after I struggled to take a picture in the app, I wanted to send it to a colleague and couldn’t

Unable to turn off pages when I am not on duty. So I get awoken every time I am not on call.

It’s nice to be on call without my pager glued to my hip at home. Two things that would be nice is some sort of schedule integration. If my hours are 8-5, it would be nice to set a schedule so I don’t have to change my status. Another request is the do not disturb feature on my phone. I can’t get my pages via the app overnight when I’m on call, so I have to depend on my pager.

No ability to respond. Does not group messages. No easy ability to silence the alerts based on time (so the page alerts keep coming when you’re off shift).
