Excellent communication tool

We use this for confidential communication regarding patients on a minute by minute basis. Much more efficient than a phone call and it forces personnel to be concise and precise, as well as having a trail of record to ensure appropriate follow up of important messages. The reason that I gave it only 4 stars is that the interface is lacking a couple of key features: 1) a filter/search function in order to find a past message quickly and 2) a tool to archive multiple messages without having to select individually. I am sure this functionality is planned, but for now there is little support for high-volume users to deal with large numbers of messages.
No search function, won’t allow picture upload

I cannot search messages by patient name. Also this used to be fun to use because you could upload a picture from the phone but now it makes you log in to Cureatr then take the picture from within the app. Try entering a secure password and navigating the app while your patient is standing waiting in clinic.
Needs some work!

Logs me out often. Also don’t get alerted of pages, despite alerts and volume being on. Very frustrating!
Apple Watch support please!

This is a great app! I love having text and photo share communication with my fellow, residents and colleagues while still maintaining HIPPA compliance! I am planning to get an Apple Watch, but I don’t see any indication that this app supports it. To have that capability would take this review to 5 stars.
