Useful tool but far from perfect

We use this tool for primary communication between the provider and staff. Photos are handy to use. Mobile version does not allow attaching of files, which would be nice. Notifications are buggy and often I find “batches” of messages coming in, not in real time. This may be due to my cellular coverage but don’t have any issues with other apps. My biggest gripe is the inability to search messages. Unfortunately, the app implementation for providers by the health care institution is locked down and does not allow providers to link patients (but staff can - was told that I would be able to see other provider patient names). This is a HUGE problem as neither staff nor myself can easily refer to a message I initiated without scrolling through endless messages. If the app had a general search mechanism, this would help immensely!

I wouldn’t use it if I wasn’t forced too by my employer!! It drops off line inexplicably and sends me a series of 1s instead of numbers I can call back. I hate this app!

Poorly designed workflow

Before the update the app would allow direct calls by tapping on the number. Now it asks to select a method to call and then asks to confirm the call. It has made the whole process unnecessarily tedious.

Auto log out

Auto logs out of my account and push notifications stop and it doesn’t alert me I’m logged out. Presents a danger to patient care

Should be able to temporarily shut off without receiving all pages when on vacation.

It a viable app for work, but it’s lacking!

If this app wasn’t something required from the organization I work for, it would not be the app of choice. Ever. I’ve missed multiple important messages due to the very quite and short jingle. It has a few to pick from but if something is sent as urgent there needs to be some sort of a long or non stop tone. Tone options are terrible. Can’t at all depend on this app.
