Search Bar!!

Love this app, am able to easily communicate with other co workers and providers. Would recommend a search bar!! It's so difficult to try and find previous messages and sometimes a hassle to start a new thread. A search bar would make this app perfect.

I've written 3 reviews now and after I've clicked on Send each time, I get a window that says my nickname is taken - but I doubt that from what I've chosen - and my review is gone. Last attempt here. App is ok but apparently there is no customer support. All I want to know is how to delete messages rather than archive them and no one responds to me.

I have been using this for some time. What really upsets me is that sometimes the pages don't come through in time. This terrible for m as a physician that is trying to build up a practice. I usually have to resync often.
Change status

Can you please add a functionality in your updated version- to be able to change status of a user. For example -"Dr.X is unavailable". Or "don't disturb mode". Or "for any questions please contact my office"

Several of us had difficulty downloading the app. I am still on able to download it after several attempts.

a couple fixes would help
Multiple problems. No option to log off when you leave service! Always says I have unread messages even though my inbox is empty!

So far a complete failure. Not a single pager message has come through. I can message a few people but that is not very helpful Better now but sometimes has quirky characteristics and acts unpredictably The archiving system is very cumbersome
Can not customize alerts for paging sounds

App has a serious flaw in that the alert sounds from phone pages can not be controlled through the app. The customization settings only work for pages generated through the app (not through a phone page). I hope they fix this soon.
